Hi, I’m Jason!
I’m a business development professional and project manager who loves a good challenge and is passionate about helping improve healthcare and patient lives.
My career has taken me from the laboratory bench to global biotech partnerships, and I’ve learned that the sweet spot where I thrive is right in the middle of science, strategy, and people.
I grew up in sunny Southern California and later spent six years in the U.S. Marine Corps, leading communications teams and serving in Civil Affairs. Those years taught me resilience, leadership, and the value of building bridges across cultures, lessons that I still carry with me every day. After my service, I swapped coasts to North Carolina, earned my degree from UNC Chapel Hill (Go Heels!), and went on to complete my MBA from UNC Wilmington.
Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of different hats in the life sciences world. I started out in biotechnology manufacturing and process development, helping bring efficiency to complex operations and supporting clinical trial readiness, and learning the drug manufacturing process. From there I dove into project and financial management, where I guided global clinical trials, managed budgets, and made sure even the trickiest studies crossed the finish line. These days, my focus is on business development. I get to build relationships, create strategic partnerships, and secure collaborations across various programs and indications. What I’m most proud of is blending my scientific background with a business mindset, all while keeping the ultimate goal in sight: better outcomes for patients.
When I’m off the clock, life is all about family and adventure. We love camping, hiking, and traveling anywhere that promises great views or great food (ideally both). Whether it’s trying out a local dish on the road or roasting marshmallows under the stars, I believe the best experiences are the ones you share with the people you care about most.
Always happy to talk travel, trails, tacos, or clinical trials.
